You can find the ball in the Slums. However, it doesn’t require that you be as high up as you might think. You will need to be close to the Guardian, the first robot you meet.
Take a right from the Guardian and follow the instructions to find the merchant.

To control the ball’s path more, you need to nudge it as much as possible while walking. Boom Chat Kalaka will be awarded once the ball has landed in the bucket.
If you miss your shot, you can always reload the checkpoint using the pause menu. The ball’s position will then be reset.
